for a total of four levels of service satisfaction. We feel confident in providing our Reliable Assistance because our trade professionals are carefully screened, fully licensed, insured and competent.
Chances are, you'll never need to use our Reliable Assistance but, if you require it at some point, you'll be pleased to know you have these assistance steps available to you:
- If you have concerns about the way your project has been completed, speak directly to your service contractor to resolve the problem. For speed and convenience you may also request a Warranty Service from your contractor by clicking on the "Warranty Request" link in your Personal Page.

- If you're dissatisfied with your contractor's resolution of the problem, you can go trough the Dispute Resolution process.

- You may call on ReliableConnections.com to act as a mediator.

- If you're dissatisfied with the resolution recommended by the mediator, you may request that another ReliableConnections.com contractor inspect the job and make a new recommendation. You will be charged a fee for the inspection service as explained in FAQ page.

- If you're still dissatisfied, ReliableConnections.com will pay up to $500 in labour costs to have another independent contractor resolve the problem.
