Terms and Conditions of our Reliable Referral Reward Program
- To be eligible for the Reliable Referral Reward Program you must register as a user of ReliableConnections.com website with your actual correct personal name, address, phone number and e-mail address. The registration is free and you are not obligated to request an estimate, or purchase anything, but you agree to subscribe to our free e-newsletter. We will not misuse your personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
- You introduce ReliableConnections.com to a homeowner (referred homeowner) who is not yet registered with ReliableConnections.com.
- When the referred homeowner requests an estimate with the intent to hire our member contractor, using ReliableConnections.com on-line request process we will promptly mail you a $5 gift certificate to Canada's most popular coffee and donut shop. No estimate requests received over the phone will qualify for reward program.
- If the referred homeowner hires a contractor that we have recommended to him and completes a project that costs over $3000, we will mail you a payment of $10 for each $2000 of the project cost paid by the referred homeowner to our member contractor. (Maximum reward is $100). Proof of the project completion must be provided by the referred homeowner upon request.
- The payment to you will be made within 30 days after the referred homeowner paid for his project in full.
- You must notify us about the referral by e-mail, giving us e-mail address, full name and address of both parties to the referral. This e-mail notification must be received prior, or not later than the following day after the referred homeowner registers on our system. Referrals with late notifications are not eligible for rewards. If you follow the instruction steps in this page, we are notified automatically.
- This is a time limited offer. We reserve the right to change or cancel it at any time. The program will be considered canceled when it is removed from our website. ReliableConnections.com reserves the right to refuse to pay rewards for any reason as a means of preventing potential abuse of Reliable Referral Reward Program.
