| Free project management advice - available to any homeowner who hires a contractor referred by ReliableConnections.com. (Some conditions apply). | Free advice and services:
- Visit the job site, meet the homeowner
- Review the project details
- Provide written guidelines how to prepare Statement of Work and job contract
- Review or suggest payment schedule that should be in the contract
- Outline adequate change process.

- Free second opinion about how the project is managed.
- Written templates for use by the homeowner
- Suggestions for progress payment schedule that is fair to both the homeowner and the contractor.
- Minimize the complications and cost increase associated with inevitable changes in the project.

| Additional, fee based, full project management assessment. | Our project manager will provide the services outlined in first item plus:
- Review work breakdown structure (list of job tasks)
- Develop a risk management plan
- Prepare completion criteria for the project.
- Meet with the general contractor and instruct him how to use the prepared project documentation to better manage the project.

Same benefits as above, plus
- Second opinion about the work items, their sequence and definition.
- Create awareness of potential risks and how to mitigate them.
- Advice the homeowner how to properly inspect and evaluate the work upon completion.
- Help the general contractor and homeowner to execute the project.

Free Project Management Advice Service
Terms and Conditions
This service is available for free to any user of ReliableConnections.com, provided:
- The user signs a job contract valued at least $10,000 with a contractor referred by ReliableConnections.com.
In case the job contract is not yet signed and binding at the time of the project management advice service, a fee will be charged. This fee will be refunded in full when the project is completed by the contractor.
- Copy of the job contract must be provided to ReliableConnections.com prior to appointment with the project advisor.
- The user signs an engagement letter that outlines the legal terms of the advice service.
- The free service includes two hours of consulting time.
Fee based, full Project Management Assessment
This service is provided for an hourly fee of $129 (minimum 2 hours).
In addition to the Reliable Project Management Advice Service users of our service are also entitled to Cash Rebate of up to $200.
